Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number that will cover shipping costs. For all returns unrelated to defects, shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order.

How to Return Items for Refund or Exchange



  • Mark the items you wish to return and note the reason for your return/exchange on your invoice.
  • Place the items to be returned in the original package if possible. Be sure to include your invoice.
  • Pay for postage and use the package service or mail carrier of your choice to return your package to the address below:

Once we receive your package and verify the condition of the returned garments, any exchanged items will be sent to you and/or any credits or refunds will be applied to your account.

Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped complete within two weeks of placement. Should there be any problems and/or possible delays with your order, you will be contacted directly by a friendly MyRedGear.com representative who can rectify the situation.

Shipping and handling costs consist of a flat $10.00 fee per order for any location in the continental United States. All non-US customers will be required to pay full shipping costs. You will be contacted by a customer service representative to verify the cost of your shipping in this instance. Only standard shipping is available through our online interface at this time; any expedited shipping requests should be made directly with our customer service representatives by calling (505) 884-3656.
